Title: Mobile computer unit with modulated audio signal as well as a method for transferring information by means of a modulated audio signal from the mobile computer unit. State of the art The invention relates to a mobile computer unit with modulated audio signal as well as a method for transferring information by means of a modulated audio signal from a mobile computer unit. Such a mobile computer unit may, for example, be a navigation system. Navigation systems for private use are widely distributed in the meantime. They are used in particular in motor vehicles, in order to reach a desired destination quickly and reliably and thereby replace the personal search of addresses on city maps or maps by the driver or his co-driver. For this purpose, navigation systems are equipped with antennas, via which a GPS signal which indicates the current position of the user or the motor vehicle can be received. Taking into account stored map material, the position is compared with the destination destination entered in advance, so that relevant up-to-date driving instructions can be provided for the driver of the vehicle. The driving instructions can be provided both optically via a screen and also acoustically via the sound output of the navigation system. Two different types of navigation systems are currently being used for this purpose: on the one hand built-in systems, where the hard disk and the operating unit of the navigation system are integrated in the vehicle's sound system, and on the other so-called “mobile” navigation systems, which function independently of the built-in elements of the vehicle and can therefore be taken by the user outside the vehicle. The latter devices enjoy increasing popularity due to their comparatively measurement-built systems lower costs. Since the loudspeaker function of such mobile navigation devices (PND = Portable Navigation Device) is often unable to compete with those of sound systems, it is preferable to provide the speech reproduction, that is, the control instructions generated by the navigation devices, to a sound installation that is already present. As the mobile navigation devices, as already mentioned, are not permanently connected to the sound installation of a motor vehicle, the sound signals from the mobile navigation devices have recently been routed via an FM transmitter (FM = Frequency Modulation) to the fixed built-in sound installation of a motor vehicle . By this way of transmission, the signal at the audio output of the mobile navigation device is modulated with a carrier signal in a frequency modulator of the FM transmitter and then transmitted via the antenna of the FM transmitter. This signal can then be received by a VHF receiver (VHF = Very High Frequency), for example the radio from the sound system of the motor vehicle, demodulated and via the loudspeakers of the sound system. A method for transmitting such modulated signals over is known, for example, from German Patent Publication DE 10 2007 053 306 A1. The advantage of this way of transferring is that in this way the - usually high-quality - speakers of the sound installation can be used. The disadvantage is that if the sound system is used in this way for receiving navigation instructions, it cannot be used for other functions, for example listening to a CD. However, since the navigation instructions are not constantly provided, but in part with very large intervals, in particular when driving on longer motorways or provincial roads, it is often experienced as a nuisance for the user during the whole period of use of the navigation device. , without music or news reports. The aforementioned drawback is also present if the mobile computer unit is not a navigation system, but a different device which performs a function for the user is adapted to provide sound signals. The invention has for its object to eliminate this drawback. Description of the invention This object is achieved by the combination of measures specified in independent claims 1, 6 and 7. A mobile computer unit with modulated output signal according to embodiments of the invention comprises: a functional processor unit with a sound output for providing a sound signal, an FM modulator for modulating the sound signal at a carrier frequency, an encoder for modulating the sound signal with a characteristic signal for a traffic announcement, and an FM transmitter, for transmitting the audio signal, wherein the FM transmitter is adapted to transmit with a power of less than 50nW. The encoder, which modulates a signal characteristic of the traffic announcement, simulates that the audio signal supplied by the functional processor unit is a traffic announcement which takes precedence over other applications of a receiver unit. The receiving unit may, for example, be a sound system that may be permanently installed in a motor vehicle. This sound system interrupts its current application, for example, playing a CD, upon receiving a traffic announcement characteristic signal and outputs the signal sent by the mobile computer unit through the loudspeakers. As a result, a pre-existing sound system can be used to provide the audio signal from the mobile computer unit, the running applications of the audio system being interrupted only for as long as the transmission of the audio signal lasts. Due to the low power with which the modulated audio signal is transmitted from the mobile computer unit, the transmitted modulated audio signal only has a very small range, preferably only a few meters. In this way it is prevented that the sound signals from other receivers, other than those located in immediate surroundings, can be received. As already mentioned at the outset, the mobile computer unit can in particular be designed as a mobile navigation device. In this case, the functional processor unit is a navigation unit of the navigation device. As is known, a navigation unit which performs the actual function of a navigation device comprises a GPS signal receiving antenna for determining a current position of a user of the device, a storage unit on which road maps are stored, an input unit for inputting at least one target position, and a processor unit to determine a route between the target position and the current position and to display the route on a display and / or as acoustic navigation directions in the form of a sound signal. This audio signal is provided at the output of the navigation unit. In a mobile navigation device according to embodiments of the invention, the navigation unit also has the FM modulator for modulating the audio signal at a carrier frequency, the encoder for modulating the audio signal with a signal characteristic of a traffic announcement, and the FM transmitter , for transmitting the audio signal added. With regard to the aforementioned components, it should be noted that they do not necessarily have to be present as separate units. For example, the FM modulator can be integrated in the navigation unit itself. Because the navigation commands from the mobile navigation device arrive at the receiver, i.e. at the sound installation of a motor vehicle in the form of simulated traffic information signals, the receiving sound installation automatically takes the precautionary measures initiated for a traffic announcement signal (e.g. interrupting or softening the current signal) application and coupling of the modulated audio signal in a loudspeaker unit). It is noted that when, in the context of the invention speech, there is the "signal characteristic of a traffic announcement", it is usually two characteristic signals, one of which is the beginning of an audio signal to be transmitted, and the second characterizes the end of such an audio signal. The latter characteristic signal causes the interruption / softening of the current application of the sound system to be canceled. In this way it is made possible for the current application of the sound system to be interrupted only if the navigation device actually transmits navigation instructions in the form of the audio signals to the sound system. During the remaining time, the user of the navigation device can furthermore listen to music, the news or other programs stored on CDs or radio programs. The current application of the sound system is thus only occasionally interrupted for after vigation instructions. The mobile navigation device according to embodiments of the invention offers in this connection the same comfort as a built-in navigation device, without losing the advantage of a lower price. It is to be noted that receiving devices, i.e. audio devices, which enable the reception of the modulated audio signals transmitted by the mobile navigation device and their distribution through loudspeakers, are provided with corresponding devices for decoding signals characteristic of a traffic announcement. However, this is nowadays the case for most sound systems for motor vehicles available on the market. The FM modulator of the mobile computer unit, or of the mobile navigation device, respectively, may be adapted for use as carrier frequency of an ultra-short wave frequency (87.5 to 108.0 MHz). This frequency is a widespread frequency that can be easily received with commercially available sound systems. According to a further embodiment of the invention, which can be used additionally or alternatively to the above, the encoder is an RDS encoder. The signal characteristic of a traffic announcement may be a TA or TP signal. As is well known, the abbreviation “RDS” stands for radio data system, which allows the transfer of additional information for radio broadcasts. Various services are offered within the RDS system, including those from the so-called "Traffic Program" (TP) as well as those from the "Traffic Announcement" (TA). A TP signal is then sent if a broadcaster offers traffic information. Information from the shipping service is announced by the TP identifier. The TA signal at the pre-arranged receivers (audio devices) accomplishes the execution of various functions such as the change from CD use to radio use, or increasing the volume of the sound delivery, in order to have traffic messages expressly received by the user. The RDS system with the TA and TP services is the standard currently used for announcing traffic reports. It is emphasized here that the invention is not limited to this standard, but that instead all systems and standards which in the future serve to characterize a traffic message as such will be encompassed by the embodiments for the purpose of realizing the concept of the invention. . When an encoder is hereinafter referred to as an RDS encoder, it must be taken into account that this is only an example of such an encoder, and that other encoders can be used depending on currently distributed characteristics of traffic information signals. Moreover, the encoder of the mobile computer unit according to embodiments of the invention can be embodied as both a software and a hardware component. The techniques for realizing such hardware or software components are known in the art and will therefore not be explained in detail here. It should be noted that it may be advantageous from a cost saving point of view that the encoder is designed as a software component. Embodiments of the invention also include a navigation system that includes a mobile navigation device as described above, as well as a sound device with a reception antenna for receiving modulated sound signals on a carrier frequency, a decoder for decoding signals characteristic of a traffic announcement and a speaker unit for providing the audio signals. The navigation system comprises with the navigation device and the sound device adapted thereto a combination of matched devices, which makes the use of pre-traffic announcements characteristic signals for the provision of navigation instructions of the navigation device over the loudspeaker unit of the sound device with simultaneous interruption or volume reduction of the current application of the sound device . As already stated, both the encoder of the mobile navigation device and the decoder of the sound device can be an RDS encoder or an RDS decoder. In addition to the embodiment in the form of a navigation device, other applications can be made possible according to embodiments of the invention. For example, the mobile computer unit may be a pocket computer that is carried by the user and with which, for example, stock market news or weather reports can be received. To provide these messages via, for example, the loudspeaker of a sound system of a motor vehicle, the modulation of a signal characteristic of a traffic announcement can take place at the sound output of the pocket computer location, whereafter such a modulated signal is transmitted by the FM transmitter to the sound system. Embodiments of the invention also relate to a method for transmitting information by means of a modulated audio signal from a mobile computer unit, which is arranged for providing an audio signal, comprising: modulating an audio signal from the mobile computer unit with a signal characteristic of a traffic announcement ; modulating the audio signal at a carrier frequency; and transmitting the audio signal, wherein the audio signal with a power of less than 50 nW is sent. The signals transmitted in this way cause the audio signal to be treated as a traffic information signal at the receiver. In other words, the currently existing applications of the audio device are interrupted for the reception and what is transmitted is provided via an output unit of the audio device, for example the loudspeaker of the device. Since the loudspeakers of audio devices such as sound systems in motor vehicles are usually higher quality than built-in loudspeakers of mobile computer units, such as mobile navigation devices, an improvement in the output quality of such mobile units can be achieved in a pleasant way, without having to abandon the use of the audio device for a longer period of time. for other applications, such as playing CDs. As already mentioned, in the method as audio signal an output signal from a mobile navigation device can be used. By using the method according to this embodiment of the invention, a speech reproduction can be achieved with the mobile navigation device at the level of a permanently built-in navigation device. The signal characteristic of a traffic announcement, which is used in the method according to embodiments of the invention, can comprise a first and a second characteristic signal, which characterize the beginning and the end of the audio signal. In this case, the characteristic signals can be sent before or after the actual sound signal, or the characteristic signals can be modulated at the beginning and at the end of the sound signal. In the context of the currently used standards for traffic announcements, according to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the signal characteristic of a traffic announcement is an TA or a TM signal. The sound signal from the mobile computer unit provided with such a signal is treated as if it were traffic information coming from a traffic transmitter and it takes priority over the running applications of the receiving sound device. If an ultra-short-wave frequency is used as the carrier frequency for the audio signal from the mobile computer unit, widespread and therefore low-cost standard audio devices can be used on the receiving side. Brief description of the figures Embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing. It is noted that the figures are only schematic representations of preferred embodiments of the invention which are described by way of non-limitative exemplary embodiments. In the drawing: Figure 1 shows a schematic representation of the components of a navigation system, in which a mobile computer unit according to an embodiment of the invention is integrated; and Figure 2 is a flow chart illustrating a method according to an embodiment of the invention. Preferred embodiment of the invention In the figures, the same or corresponding element cities are designated with the same reference numerals. Figure 1 shows schematically a navigation system with a mobile navigation device 10 that can be considered as a special embodiment of a mobile computer device. It is therefore to be noted that the mobile computer device can also be realized in other forms, for example by means of a mobile pocket computer, which is arranged for receiving radio-transferable additional services. The mobile navigation device 10 comprises a navigation unit 11 which performs the actual navigation function. The navigation unit 11 itself can be designed according to the state of the art. As is well known, a navigation unit usually comprises a receiving antenna for a GPS signal, to determine a current position of a user of the device, a storage unit on which road maps are stored, an input unit for inputting at least one target position, and a processor unit for determining a route between the target position and deactivated position and for displaying the route on a display and / or as acoustic navigation instructions in the form of an audio signal. Since the components of the navigation unit 11 listed here are known, it is not necessary to their representation in the figures. In addition to the described navigation unit 11, the mobile navigation system 10 comprises an FM modulator 12, which serves to modulate a sound signal provided at the output of the navigation unit 11 at a carrier frequency, which may be, for example, a VHF frequency. It should be noted that such an FM modulator is already integrated in many navigation units 11 of the state of the art. In that case, the FM modulator 12 can be omitted as a separate component. In addition, an encoder 13 is available, which (here via the FM modulator 12) is coupled to the navigation unit 11. In this context, it can be added that the encoder 13 need not be designed as a hardware component. Instead, it may also be included in the form of software in the processor unit of the navigation unit 11. By means of the encoder 13, which may, for example, be an RDS encoder, it is supplied by the navigation unit 11 and possibly sound signal already modulated at the carrier frequency with a signal characteristic of a traffic announcement. In this way, the sound signal for the user "looks" like a traffic announcement, without being substantive. The sound signal thus modulated and provided with the characteristic signal can then be transmitted via an FM transmitter 14 in order to be provided as a speech reproduction at a receiver. A sound device or a sound system is used here as a receiver unit, which is generally indicated by reference numeral 20. The audio device 20 comprises a receiving antenna 21, with the aid of which the audio signal transmitted by the FM transmitter 14 can be received. Regarding the transmitting power, it should be noted that it should be as small as possible so that the modulated audio signal can only be received in a very small environment of a few meters, i.e. only by the audio device 20 intended for this purpose. As the mobile navigation device 10 and the audio device 20 are normally used together in a motor vehicle with the sound device permanently installed, said limited range is more than sufficient for the purposes of the invention. In addition to the components of such a device that are essential for designal processing and signal amplification, the sound apparatus 20 also comprises a decoder 22 and a loudspeaker unit 23. The loudspeaker unit 23 may, for example, be of high-quality components, such as those used in good sound installations. The signal characteristic of a traffic announcement is decoded with the aid of the decoder 22, so that the functions brought about by the signal, such as, for example, damping the deactivation of the audio device and / or increasing the volume of the transmitted audio signal, can be performed. The provision of the transmitted audio signal now takes the place of the current application (e.g., playing a CD). The transmitted audio signal is thus provided via the loudspeaker unit 23 - in the above case as navigation instructions -. With regard to figure 2, in which the method steps carried out on the receiver side are provided with an underlined reference numeral, a method carried out with the aid of the above system is as follows: in a first step S10 can be used with the aid of navigation software of the mobile navigation device, a trigger signal is triggered, which signal initiates the provision of an audio signal. In a subsequent step S11, the trigger signal effects the provision of a traffic announcement characteristic signal prior to or during the start of the sound signal. In addition, the step S11 may have a modulation of the audio signal at a carrier frequency location prior to or afterwards. In a subsequent step S12, the characteristic signal and the audio signal are transmitted via the FM transmitter. It should be noted that the characteristic signal can be transmitted before or together with the audio signal, depending on the encoder type. On the receiver side, the characteristic signal is now decoded in a step S13 "and the functions changed by this signal, such as, for example, the attenuation of the volume of the current application, are performed. Subsequently, in step S14, the provision of the received audio signal by the loudspeaker device of the receiver is effected. At the end of the audio signal, on the transmitter side, the navigation software of the mobile navigation device in a step S15 produces a trigger signal which causes the encoder to issue a subsequent characteristic signal which characterizes the end of the audio signal. Both characteristic signals may, for example, be TA or TP signals, as already noted. If the next characteristic signal now arrives at the receiver, the functions changed by the first characteristic signal are stopped again in a final step S16. In other words, the receiver's audio device returns to the application, which was implemented for receiving the first characteristic signal, for example, playing a CD. In this way, both the mobile navigation device and the functions of the sound device can be used substantially in parallel. The mobile computer unit according to the invention, in particular in its embodiment as a mobile navigation device, offers numerous advantages in comparison with those of the prior art, some of which have been described. In summary, it can be said that the mobile navigation device combines the advantages of the low cost of a conventional mobile navigation system with the advantages of a high-quality sound reproduction, such as is common with permanently installed navigation systems. The actual application of the sound device used for sound reproduction, for example a permanently installed sound system of a motor vehicle, only needs to be interrupted for a short period of time, so that it is possible to use the mobile navigation system in parallel by entertainment applications provided by the sound system. For the mobile navigation device according to the embodiments of the invention, compared to the usual mobile navigation devices, few additional provisions are required, which can be realized partly with the help of inexpensive software solutions. Based on this, production costs are marginally higher compared to state-of-the-art mobile navigation systems. The invention is not limited to the exemplary embodiment shown here. Many variants are possible and are intended to be counted within the scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.
